The Byng Project Managers

The project managers are our eyes and ears in the field, observing and measuring to ensure proper fit and function. No matter where you are in our service area, there is always a project manager near you. With their extensive renovation knowledge, they can answer any questions or address any concerns your site staff might have.

Our project managers personally measure all items that require accurate fitting (countertops, cabinetry, etc) and double check the shop drawings for accuracy when they’re completed.

While a renovation is underway, the project manager visits the site at regular intervals to check for quality issues, unforeseen site conditions and/or schedule slippage. They ensure the coordination necessary for smooth and timely delivery of all services and products

Our project managers all carry wireless phones and tablets, to stay in contact with the other inside teams – their account managers, scheduling, manufacturing, etc

All our project managers carry ID and wear a distinctive uniform.
