PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Understanding that each of the industries that we service has unique requirements, The Byng team can accommodate working in unusual site conditions, weekend and evening after-hour.   We particularly understand the sensitivities of the multi-residential market, and The Byng Group maintains the highest concern for resident well-being and safety, while producing a smooth running construction project – on time and on budget!
In addition, The Byng Group’s scheduling and planning team is equipped with the latest in scheduling software, which results in effective planning and rollout of every construction project.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
We realize that buildings require day-to-day maintenance in order to look their best – wallpaper repairs, paint touch ups, plumbing and carpentry, etc, - and The Byng Group provides that one-stop-shopping “handyman” service.   No request is too small, and we currently handle over 2,500 service calls per month.    We cater to property and facility managers, and are committed to contributing to their success.

DETAILED COST ESTIMATES:
Our well experienced project managers ensure effective planning and coordination for smooth and timely delivery of our projects.   We will prepare detailed cost estimates for each project so that there are no surprises.   For reoccurring projects, The Byng Group will prepare a client specific price list.
